UGRU Announces UGRU 3.0 – Financial Practice Management Suite
A new all-inclusive Financial CRM that helps financial advisors run their entire business and meet new DOL requirements
Raleigh, North Carolina – [6-26-2017] – UGRU, LLC has released version 3.0 of UGRU, their all-inclusive financial practice management suite. In addition to full-featured and integrated CRM, it now includes marketing automation to gain and retain more clients, built-in accounting, compliant document management, and a full financial planning module (that helps with the new DOL fiduciary requirements)--plus, it includes FINRA compliant document management. It is fully integrated to avoid double entry, with a single interface to decrease learning time.

The latest release includes additional Sales Automation (with advanced Contact Management, Sales Forecasting, better Pipeline Management, Outbound Phone Automation and upgraded Territory Management (for larger teams)). The upgraded Marketing Automation now includes mass email up to 5k emails/day, 150k/mo., plus Campaign Analytics, Drip Campaigns (with templates for Financial Advisors), and customizable Workflow Automation.
“The new accounting uses a Quickbooks®- like interface,” says Ted Finch, VP Marketing (and original VP Marketing with Goldmine CRM), “but it also includes a financial dashboard to compare goals to actuals, along with an operations library—pre-loaded with over 100 pre-made marketing, email templates, call scripts and more to help promote your business.”
The financial planning module was designed to rival other popular applications. It’s unique Decision Center Calculators help advisors quickly calculate common planning technique’s like Roth Conversions, but also test implications of Reverse Mortgage, Fixed Annuities, G.I.B.’s and Market Dynamics which is an alternative to using “static” returns in planning.
